When will you pick up the racks?

Please request a Rack Pickup on our website so we will be notified that a pickup is needed. We will call to advise when we will have a driver in your area.

How long does it take for the racks to be picked up?

Medford Nursery is committed to picking up your racks in the quickest timeframe possible. We strive to pick up within 10 days of your delivery; however, this may vary based on where you are located.

Do I have to break down the racks in order for them to be picked up?

We ask that you have the racks broken down prior to the scheduled pick up and ready for the driver upon arrival.

How do I break down the racks?

To break down the racks, an instructional video is linked here, as well as on the Rack Pick Up page!

Do you leave the racks or take them back after delivery?

Racks may be returned by the driver if your delivery is the final stop and the truck is heading back to the nursery, but it is not a guarantee. If the truck has additional stops or is not returning to the nursery, the racks will remain with the customer. In that case, we will coordinate a rack pickup at a later date.

Do you ship on racks?

Yes! We’re happy to ship on racks as long as the customer has the proper equipment available for unloading (e.g., a forklift or loading dock).
