Medford Nursery is a Wholesale Nursery, selling to the nursery trade only. We do not sell or are open to the public.
ORDERING VIA WEBSITE:
- Orders submitted through the tools provided on this website are promptly reviewed by our Customer Service team. A representative will contact you shortly to assist with order completion and confirmation. If you have any questions or require additional support, please reach out to your Sales Representative. Product availability and related information are updated daily on this site; however, all online orders are verified upon receipt to ensure accuracy against current inventory levels and crop conditions.
- Prices displayed on the website represent standard list pricing and may not include any special pricing previously quoted by Medford Nursery for specific customers. Final pricing—including applicable discounts, quoted rates, shipping charges, and any tax amounts (if a valid Tax-Exempt ID is not provided)—will be confirmed after your order has been reviewed by our Customer Service team and reflected in the official order confirmation.
- Upon submission of your order, you will automatically receive an email summarizing your initial requests. This order will be forwarded to the Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative responsible for the products you selected. A Customer Service Representative will then review your request and contact you to address any additional details required. Once the review is complete, you will receive an official order confirmation including final pricing, terms, shipping date, and shipping location.
MINIMUM PURCHASES:
- Minimum Shipment Total: $1,500.00
- Minimum Pick-Up Total: $500.00

- There is a 5 plant minimum for all plant material.
- We reserve the right to substitute one size larger or one size smaller container material. Customers will be notified of any changes.

PICK-UP ORDERS:
- The minimum order amount for pick-ups is $500.00.
- Minimum order requirements may vary based on the season and your location. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on shipping minimums in your area, please contact your Sales Representative.
- All orders for pick-up must be in our possession at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. It is essential that you arrive for pick-up as scheduled.
DELIVERIES:
- The minimum order amount for deliveries is $1,500.00.
- Minimum order requirements may vary based on the season and your location. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on shipping minimums in your area, please contact your Sales Representative.
- All orders for delivery must be finalized by 1:00pm, 2 business days prior to the delivery date. Any additions received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed to make the delivery. Additions can only be made if there is room remaining on the truck.
- Customers are always responsible to meet the truck and offload plant material at the time which has been prearranged.
SHIPPING CREDIT REQUEST POLICY:
- Call, fax, or email customer service with ANY problems with deliveries including shortages, overages, or damages WITHIN 24 HOURS. Credit requests for shortages or damages will only be honored if reported directly to Medford Nursery, Inc., within 24 hours of deliveries.
- All shortages, overages, or damages should be notes on the signed delivery receipt and faxed to customer service. Faxing the delivery receipt, with the problems notes, to the fax number at the top of the page will expedite the credit process.
- If possible, call us while the truck is still at your location.
SHIPPING DETENTION CHARGE POLICY:
- Allotted unloading time for a single-stop truck is 3 hours, and 1.5 hours per stop for a multi-stop truck. Any overages are subject to detention charges.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
ESTABLISH CREDIT:
- When ordering or re-ordering, we can serve you best if you establish credit with us in advance. Please fill out a credit application and provide us with names and addresses of three major suppliers and your bank. Several weeks may be necessary for us to check credit and inform you of our findings.
CREDIT CARD OR CHECK:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express as payment. A credit card payment will not qualify for a cash discount. All other discounts will apply.
- All standard forms of checks are accepted as an approved payment method.
- All customers without credit will be required to pay by credit card or check.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
ALL PRICES ARE: F.O.B. Medford, NJ
Cash with order or prior to shipment qualifies for a two (2%) discount. With established credit: 2% 10 days, net 30 days. The 2% 10-day discount applies only when all previous charges have been paid. Past due accounts will be assessed a service charge calculated by a periodic rate of 2% per month, which is an annual rate of 24%, applied to the previous balance after deduction of current payments and/or credits appearing on the statement. Accounts are OVERDUE if not paid within 30 days of invoice date.
WARRANTY:
- We provide no warranty, whether expressed or implied, on any stock once it leaves our premises, as we cannot control the handling or maintenance of these perishable materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting all stock at the time of purchase or upon delivery. Any claims must be made immediately during this inspection. After this point, all sales are considered final.
- We warrant, to the amount of the purchase price, that plants sold are as represented within recognized nursery tolerances. We shall not be liable for losses due to strikes, delays of carriers, fires, or any other causes beyond our control. Complaints of any type must be made to us in writing within 10 days.
