This guarantee is valid for your retail customers (homeowners) who purchase plants with Medford Nursery Rain Drop Pick-A-Plant tag from your garden center.
It does not apply to landscapers or other industry professionals that buy from you.

Your customers need only supply a copy of their receipt and their Rain Drop
Pick-A-Plant tag for any Medford Nursery item returned to your garden center.
Upon receiving the Rain Drop Pick-A-Plant tag and receipt, your original
purchase price will be credited toward your next purchase.
Accounts must be paid according to terms to receive credit.
Applies to cash and carry purchases only.
