Data Entry Specialist – Medford, NJ
Starting: $18 hour (based on experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and processes. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. You’ll play an important role in keeping our orders accurate and our customers happy.

What You’ll Do

Accurately and quickly process customer orders
Identify and resolve errors to ensure customer satisfaction
Document payments, credits, and invoicing
Generate reports as needed for management and other departments
Handle daily invoicing and delivery paperwork
Support your teammates and assist other departments when needed
Create custom price tags for customers
Interact with customers, as needed, to address questions and resolve issues with invoices, credits, orders, and pricing.

During Peak Season (10 weeks in spring):

Work two evenings per week (later hours)
Rotate weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

What We’re Looking For

Data entry experience in an office environment
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office + ability to learn new software quickly
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Professional and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
Customer service focus and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Must be comfortable with occasional extended hours during peak season
