Where do you ship to?

Medford Nursery services the finest independent garden centers and re-wholesalers in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and upper Midwest markets. States we ship to include:

Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

What is the minimum to pick up?

The minimum to pick up is $500.00. Minimum order requirements may vary based on the season and your location. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on shipping minimums in your area, please contact your Sales Representative. 

What is the minimum to ship?

The minimum to ship is $1,500.00. Minimum order requirements may vary based on the season and your location. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on shipping minimums in your area, please contact your Sales Representative. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You must place your order 48 hours in advance, so we have time to bring the material to the loading dock from the field.

Will I be contacted prior to delivery?

Yes. All deliveries are scheduled with the customer through our logistics department prior to delivery. 

Do you leave the racks or take them back after delivery?

Racks may be returned by the driver if your delivery is the final stop and the truck is heading back to the nursery, but it is not a guarantee. If the truck has additional stops or is not returning to the nursery, the racks will remain with the customer. In that case, we will coordinate a rack pickup at a later date.

Do you ship on racks?

Yes! We’re happy to ship on racks as long as the customer has the proper equipment available for unloading (e.g., a forklift or loading dock).
