Do you sell to the public?

No, we are wholesale only, not open to the public.

How do I become a customer?

Fill out our Wholesale Application Form here or reach out to the Sales Representative for your area. You will then be sent Credit Application and a Bank Authorization Form to be filled out and approved,or can find them here (New Customer Forms)

How do I order online?

To order online, you must have a current Medford Nursery account that includes an approved Credit Application and a Bank Authorization Form. To request an account, fill out our Wholesale Application Form here or reach out to the Sales Representative for your area. 

What is the minimum to pick up?

The minimum to pick up is $500.00. Minimum order requirements may vary based on the season and your location. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on shipping minimums in your area, please contact your Sales Representative. 

What is the minimum to ship?

The minimum to ship is $1,500.00. Minimum order requirements may vary based on the season and your location. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on shipping minimums in your area, please contact your Sales Representative. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You must place your order 48 hours in advance, so we have time to bring the material to the loading dock from the field.

Do you offer retail tags for plants that are ordered?

Yes! We can attach retail tags to each pot with a price, logo, and SKU. Please fill out our Label Request Form and send to support@medfordnursery.com
