Medford Nursery is a leading grower of high-quality container plants, operating on over 400 acres in the heart of central New Jersey. We proudly supply the finest independent garden centers and wholesalers throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Upper Midwest.

We’re looking for a Non-CDL Driver/General Laborer to join our team year-round. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday—splitting time between driving and hands-on work around the nursery.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver beautiful plant material to customers across the local and tri-state area.

• Start early mornings from our Medford, NJ location.

• Assist with loading and unloading plant material by hand.

• Stay active with outdoor work—lifting, moving, and handling plants.

What we’re looking for:

• A safe driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical.

• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, push, pull, and climb.

• A reliable commute to Medford, NJ (or plans to relocate).
