In 2024, we successfully switched to a rack shipping strategy, which in turn allows you to use less people and spend less time unloading trucks. Now, we must ask of the same of you in return. We are committed to picking up your racks in the quickest timeframe possible. We ask that you have the racks broken down and ready for us when we arrive to pick them up. Please help us keep shipping costs down by enabling us to get in and out of your facility as quickly as possible when picking up racks.
